Keeping Ourselves Healthy And Strong During Winter.

WALT:How to keep healthy and strong.


  • Keep fingernails short and clean by trimming and cleaning it.
  • Have a shower everyday and never miss a bath.


  • Keep your hair clean by giving your hair to your parent so they can check if you got nit and lice in your hair.
  • Use a tissue or your hand if you are going to cough or sneeze.
  • Before you eat you should wash your hands before you touch your food or your meal.
  • Keep clean so you can not get fleas in your body.
  • If you kill a mosquito with your hand wash it with hot water so the germ can go away from  your hand.
  • Make sure you brush your teeth every day and wash your face.
