Science Intensive With Miss Stone.

On yesterday Glenbrae School had Science Intensive with their own class. Miss Stone group were learning about Chemistry. I learnt that the 3 state of matter is Solid, Liquid and Gas. The first activity we did was making corn flour sticky like a hard and thick sticky bubblegum. It was very hard when it was starting to get hard and thick. Then we had to clean up for our next activity.

On our second activity we had to draw our name using a cake piping and a pipe with hot milk chocolate melted. One of the group ate their melted chocolate and didn't had enough to draw their names. The other students piped their name and ate it when the chocolate cool down. Then we had our last activity and our last activity was making a chemical reaction.

For our chemical reaction we used red, green and blue food coloring, milk and a quarter of dishwasher. When we followed the instruction every color change black and when we put dishwasher into it every color cleared to normal color. Then everyone started to pack up because Glenbrae School Science Intensive finished on 12:30.

I hope you enjoy my report on Science Intensive.

Kiwi can with Mr A

Today room 7 had kiwican with Mr A. When we lined up outside Mr A came and greet us and told us the rules. Then we went and sit behind four cones. Then Mr A greeted us in Cook Island. Then we started our session. We did our normal futile but we played down the limbo. It was very fun because everybody tried their best to go low, but it wasn't about who can go down the lowest it is about trying your best.

Then we started our lession. We were talking about goal setting and resilience. Then Mr A told us to turn to your partner and asked them what will do they want to be when they grow up. Then we did our activity. Our activity was Learn More. In my group was Danny Joe, Sam and Alfred. We did actor because we like to do jokes and funny things.

Than Mr A told us to get in a circle because we were playing GKQ. Then we said goodbye to Mr A and we went and lined up outside to go for P:E

Kiwi Can with Mr A

Today room 7 had  a lesson with kiwi can. There was only one kiwi can teacher and his name was Mr A. When we lined up outside of room 11 Mr A came and introduce his self to us and told us that our normal kiwi can teachers are gone to a funnel.   Then he told us to go and sit behind one of the cones that he setted up. When everybody sat behind one of the cone we started our lesson.

The first activity we did was rock, paper, scissors but this game was different everybody has to have one peg and put it on their shirts. It was very fun because you get to take your friends  peg of from their shoulder.
Then Mr A said that was just a practise round. Everybody was happy because they thought it was playing for real. Then we started the rock, paper, scissors game. Mr A told the girls that they would go on first and whoever win they  get to play against the winner from the boys team. The winner from the girls team was Mele and the winner from the boys team was Levi G. Then Mr A told them that they would rock, paper, scissors but it going to be like a sate of origin game first one to three wins. Everybody was cheering for the two winners but there can only can be one winner and when Mele beat Levi g 2 - 0 all of the boys even his self couldn't believe  he lost to Mele.

Then Mr A called us back into a rough group talking. Then 2 boys got moved to go and sit next to the girls. Then Mr A told us to go and sit in a circle because we were playing GKQ which mean Good Keen Questions. We went around two times but our turn was over it was room 8 turn to go to kiwi can. Then we did our goodbye theme and we went and lined up outside and what for Mrs Tofa to come and take us outside.
