Technology: Outcome Ideas For A Game.

These are my outcome ideas for a game that I want to create.

Term 4 Week 1 Kiwican Lesson

Today Room 7 had their first kiwi can lesion for term 4 week 1. The first thing room 7 did was a energiser. The energiser that room 7 played was Place Value Cone game. It was very fun because you get to run around a lot. Then room 7 headed back to room 12 to do their activity.

Everybody was exhausted from running around then Ms Tui reflected back and asked us what was the game all about and what does each four corners means. When everybody answers her question we went straight away onto our activity. Room 7 activity was role play where you have to act out. My group was doing a role play about encourage. Then Mr Numia called us to come back inside because it was time to present.

My group was the first group to represents. When every group presented we had enough time to play GKQ. The question for the GKQ game was about Sir Edmund Hillary and instruments. Then room 7 lesson time was over it was time to head back and everybody enjoyed and can't wait to come back next week

Kiwican reflection for term 3

Goal Settings - At Kiwican we learn how to set a long term goal. My short goal is attending school and work harder on my school work, my goal is to be a professional rugby player.

Perseverance - Perseverance means never give up and bouncing back with challenges. My challenge is to be good at reading, writing and also maths.

Problem Solving - I learnt that we can solve any problem by begin a role model.

Sience Intensive with Mr Nath

Today was fun because we went to Mr Nath class to learn Electricity. We learnt that a lightning strike can deliver 3 million volt and that power can go into 1000 houses and it can last up to a year. Everybody enjoyed it and they were happy.

Science Intensive With Miss Stone.

On yesterday Glenbrae School had Science Intensive with their own class. Miss Stone group were learning about Chemistry. I learnt that the 3 state of matter is Solid, Liquid and Gas. The first activity we did was making corn flour sticky like a hard and thick sticky bubblegum. It was very hard when it was starting to get hard and thick. Then we had to clean up for our next activity.

On our second activity we had to draw our name using a cake piping and a pipe with hot milk chocolate melted. One of the group ate their melted chocolate and didn't had enough to draw their names. The other students piped their name and ate it when the chocolate cool down. Then we had our last activity and our last activity was making a chemical reaction.

For our chemical reaction we used red, green and blue food coloring, milk and a quarter of dishwasher. When we followed the instruction every color change black and when we put dishwasher into it every color cleared to normal color. Then everyone started to pack up because Glenbrae School Science Intensive finished on 12:30.
